Spent the day with Salty Adventures and had an amazing day. The CREW was 10/10. We caught Mahi Mahi, 5 Sailfish, and plenty of grouper, strawberry grouper, and tilefish. The crew worked really hard to ensure we had a great experience. My family fishes off shore often in New England, and we were beyond impressed with the crew and how they worked. By the 5th sailfish, we were sailed out hahah. THANK YOU for such a great day. Already planning to come back for our family trip next year!

Went out today for full day fishing with Captain Joshua and crew. I have never seen anyone work so hard to help customers catch fish. They strived to accommodate our request for offshore fishing and some reef fishing. First catch of the day was a marlin….made my son’s day! We caught grouper, strawberry grouper, snapper, and more! Saw whale, dolphins, sailfish, and so many turtles on our way out to fish. It was a great day. Highly recommend this team for a perfect day of fishing. Thanks guys!

We had a great time fishing with Wishing I Was Fishing Adventures. We caught 3 sailfish for starters and hoping we would get a yellowfin tuna for dinner but didn’t find any so Captain Joshua asked if we would like to fish for grouper so we could have fresh fish for dinner, and he immediately put us on the fish. It was a great day on the water fishing as we ended up with the 3 sailfish, one tile, 13 groupers and a pretty red fish that I do not recall the name of. We had a great meal that evening!

Great crew! very friendly! We had a great day fishing. 6 tuna, 1 sailfish and a mahi mahi. they used a little bit of the tuna and made a delicious sashimi on the boat. could not recommend them enough, they were awesome! We even got lucky and saw killer whales, turtles and hundreds of dolphins.

Me and my son had the best time with Joshua and the crew. They were so welcoming and friendly. The boat was beautiful and they catered for our every need. We were so excited to catch a sailfish literally as soon as we started trawling and then we hooked two more at the same time later on. I can’t compliment these guys enough – not enough stars!! Thank you. We most definitely will be back 😎

We had an unforgettable experience for me and my boys! The crew was professional, friendly, and clearly knew the best spots—helping us reel in multiple trophy fish. We even caught enough fresh fish to feed our group for three delicious dinners. Highly recommend this charter for anyone looking for a fun, productive, and memorable day on the water.

I booked this charter for my family of 5. We love offshore fishing and fish together often. Captain and crew were excellent. They worked very hard managing the spreads and put us on fish. The charter was well appointed with food and drinks. The vessel and tackle were premium and well maintained. The charter vessels are docked at the Playa Flamingo Marina which has very nice shopping and restaurants. We had our fish cooked there at a marina restaurant at the end of the charter. We will book again when we can.

We had an unforgettable fishing trip with an absolutely excellent crew! Their experience and energy made the day smooth, fun, and successful—we caught tuna and some grouper. The tuna kicked our butt bringing it in as we aren’t experienced fishermen. Also saw plenty of dolphins and turtles. Would definitely book it again.

My father-in-law, son and I had a great trip with Wishing I Was Fishing Adventures today. It started out a little slow, but we caught a few yellowfin tuna at the end! The best part was watching my son fight the tuna and land it in the boat. The crew was excellent! Captain Joshua, Kevin and Andre were wonderful. Very knowledgeable and made the trip a lot of fun. They had fresh fruit on the boat and Andre cut up some fresh sushi with the fish we caught. Just amazing! Well done everyone!

Our family of four (kids ages 16 & 18) had an amazing experience with Captain Josh, Kevin and Spanky! Would highly recommend Wishing I was Fishing through Salty Adventures. Crew was very knowledgeable and experienced. We caught lots of fish though the “big one” got away, it was still so fun and exciting. Drinks were provided, with some fresh snacks – even Yellow Tuna beautifully represented and a pineapple flower. And we got to eat our fresh catch when we got home – best fish tacos yet!! Do not hesitate to book your fishing trip! We’d do it again in a heartbeat! These guys love fishing!! Thanks so much for an amazing time!

From catching a big Wahoo 10 minutes after dropping lines, to the best Sashimi I’ve ever had, to landing my first big Sailfish, it was top notch. Shortly after the first sail was released, we had a triple on! Landed two of three and my wife also caught her first Sailfish! It was an exciting day, and the crew made it amazing. We also had 4 kids ranging in age from 5-13 yrs old with us. This crew was amazing with the kids. I was worried a full day trip would be too much for the kids, but the time flew by and they made it the whole time. Will 100% recommend them and will be back.
